Christopher C. Belland is a founder, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Historic Tours of America, Inc. Mr. Belland, along with Ed Swift III and Gerald "Moe" Mosher have worked together since 1973 building, refurbishing and redeveloping Key West. Mr. Belland was a director of the Florida Attractions Association. He is also the past president of the Key West Attractions Association, which he founded in 1983, and is a past director of the Key West and Lower Keys Development Corporation and past treasurer and board member of the Florida Attractions Assoicaiton. In addition, Mr. Belland is a board member of the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys and the Key West Chamber of Commerce He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Belland’s duties include transportation, tours, real estate, historic ships, attractions and company oversight and expansion.

Janice Long joined Location 3 two years ago after selling mainframe computer equipment for over 25 years for one of the top privately held companies in Atlanta.  She was a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, and in addition to being a top sales producer, she held various management positions with the company.  In addition to being a Realtor for Location 3 this year, Janice has been the Interior Coordinator and liaison for customers who have purchased homes that are being built and sold thru Location 3.  She has an Associates Degree in Business, and is the President-Elect 2007-2008 for the Rotary Club of Key West. 

Debbie Swift is currently the Project Manager for the rebuild and expansion of the Boston Tea Party Ship and Museum a well as a team member working on numerous housing construction projects in Key West  She spent two years in San Diego as the project and General Manager of the recently completed Old Town Market Festival Marketplace.  Prior to that, Debbie worked for two years in the retail division.  She was the Boston retail buyer, helped lead the team that completed the nationwide transfer to a new retail POS (point-of-sale) system, and managed our largest and most profitable retail complex at the Conch Tour Train.  Debbie has also spent time in the trolley division as a ticket seller, a driver and as the Sales Operations Manager for Washington, DC.  She has a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Florida State University.

Fifteen years ago Joyce began her real estate career with the real-estate/legal department of Historic Tours of America (HTA). At the time HTA was one of the largest commercial property holders in Key West and still growing. It was during this time that Joyce honed her skills as a residential and commercial property manager. Her skills as a lease negotiator, problem solver, maintenance supervisor and project coordinator developed with a keen eye for detail and long term strategies.

Since those early days with HTA the legal department split into its own department and Joyce now concentrates on an always-growing commercial and residential property as well as selling  the many affordable housing projects as the Assistant Director of real estate. Today as a licensed real-estate sales person along with her strong legal background, high volume work ethic continues to produce exceptional growth and fiscal stability for HTA as well as HP Management. Joyce has earned her reputation as a dependable and reliable resource in the Key West real-estate community.
