Chris Belland, a Miami native, has been involved with real estate since moving to Key West in 1973. Along with partners Edwin O. Swift and Gerald R. “Moe” Mosher, he formed Old Town Key West Development and purchased and restored the buildings in the Old Town historic district of Key West. In 1984, Old Town Key West Development was honored with the Phoenix Award for their restoration and preservation work of Key West by the Society of American Travel Writers.

Chris has continued with commercial real estate development in Key West, Boston, Washington, San Diego, Savannah and St. Augustine in conjunction with Historic Tours of America, a sightseeing, attraction and retail company of which he is the Chief Executive Officer. With Location 3 Real Estate of Key West, he and his partners have expanded into the luxury residential market developing Marquesa Court, Key Cove Landings, Paradise Harbor and Key West’s most exclusive address, the Key West Steamplant.

Janice Long, an Atlanta native, joined Location in 2005 and brings with her an extensive sales background. Prior to joining Location 3, she was top sales producer for over 25 years for one of Atlanta’s largest privately held companies and a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club. In addition to her sales experience, Janice also has background in management.

In addition to real estate sales, Janice has served as interior coordinator and liaison for the Marquesa Court, Key Cove Landings, Paradise Harbor and Key West Steamplant projects, assisting buyers with their design options and choices

Debbie Swift Batty brings over 15 years of experience in sales and project management to Location 3 Real Estate.  Born and raised in Key West, Debbie began her sales career in Key West and Boston as a retail buyer before moving to San Diego in 2001 as the Project Manager of the Old Town San Diego Market . This $15 million dollar construction project included retail and entertainment facilities in San Diego’s Old Town State Park.  Upon its completion Debbie moved to Boston where she became the project manger of the Boston Tea Party Ship  & Museum, overseeing all details of pre-development for a multi-million dollar attraction and retail complex. Returning to Key West in 2005, Debbie transitioned into the Property Development division of Old Town Key West Development, working on the development and construction of several Key West properties and today is Director of Property Development. Additionally, Debbie is actively involved as a realtor for Location 3 Real Estate in the marketing and sales of Key West properties, and has successfully closed over 60 real estate transactions in the past three years.

Joyce Unke, an Orlando native, has been in property management for over 15 years. She began her career in the legal department with one of the largest commercial property owners in Key West, Historic Tours of America. Joyce is a residential and commercial property manager, lease negotiator, problem solver, maintenance supervisor and project coordinator for Location 3 and its property management division, Historic Properties Management. With her strong legal and commercial real estate background, Joyce has also expanded into the residential market in sales as well as property management. In addition the luxury home projects, Joyce, along with Debbie Batty, have spearhead Location 3’s affordable housing projects, Railway and Islander Village.

Nancy Swift, was born and raised in Key West. She brings with her years of experience working on the development side on many Key West commercial and residential projects including Marquesa Court, Key Cove Landings, Paradise Harbor and Key West Steamplant. With over 25 years experience as a CPA, Nancy’s accounting and tax background will serve you well whether considering a single family residence or a multimillion dollar investment property.

Mercy M. Herrada, was born in Miami and moved to Key West when she was just two years old. Upon graduating high school, Mercy began her career as an accounting representative for Historic Tours of America, Inc. As a licensed Florida Realtor, she brings an extensive background in residential and commercial Real Estate to her Key West clients having worked for with Historic Property Management for the past 10 years. Mercy has great knowledge in local buildings and historic renovations through her business FMH Builders along with her husband Frank, a licensed contractor. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She her clients' best interests at heart and wants for them to find what she has enjoyed throughout her life, a little piece of paradise.

Morgan McPherson began his real estate career working for investors in small scale development and renovations in the early 1990's and together with his father started M&M Realty of the Florida Keys, where Morgan was the top producer. While his primary experience is working with both residential and commercial for sale properties, he more recently expanded into leasing and joined the Locations 3 team.
